124: Eileen McKusick - Biofield Tuning and the New Physics

๐Ÿ“บ Watch & Subscribe on YouTube

"We are absolutely capable of healing these things. You have to get out of victim consciousness. You have to stop attaching to your pain body and self-identifying with your pain body," says Eileen McKusick, who joins the Quantum Biology Collective podcast to explain how tuning forks can be used to read and heal the human biofield. McKusick, a researcher and inventor of Biofield Tuning, shares her journey from skeptic to pioneer in the field of vibrational medicine.

In this eye-opening discussion, McKusick reveals how our memories and emotions are stored in the electromagnetic field surrounding our bodies, and how these can be accessed and altered using sound vibrations. She explains the science behind her discoveries, including the recent finding of semi-Dirac fermions, which may explain the "mass" she encounters in the biofield.

McKusick also discusses her groundbreaking work in distance healing, challenging conventional notions of space and time. She shares compelling stories of healing, including unexpected weight loss in clients, and offers insights into the future of medicine and our understanding of human consciousness.

Tune in to today's episode to learn how you can tap into the power of your own biofield, and why McKusick believes we're on the cusp of a paradigm shift in our understanding of health and human potential.

5 Key Takeaways

1. Try biofield tuning to release emotional blockages and tension patterns in your body's energy field. This can help improve physical and mental health issues.

2. Use a 174 Hz tuning fork to explore your own biofield. Move it slowly around your body, feeling for areas of resistance or changes in vibration.

3. Listen to Eileen McKusick's mass reduction biofield tuning recording daily for a week. Track your weight before and after to see if you experience any changes.

4. Approach healing as a lifestyle rather than a quick fix. Be patient with the process of expanding and contracting as you work through layers of tension and trauma.

5. Speak confidently about energy healing and other "esoteric" topics. The science supports many of these concepts, so don't shrink from sharing your knowledge and experiences.

Memorable Quotes

"We are antennas. We are broadcasting on specific frequency bands, and we pick up the frequency transmissions through the ether of each other. We are all like Google Docs on the World Wide Web, and I can go in and pluck out your document."
"I've come to the conclusion that anything that goes wrong with you is tension based. Even heavy metal poisoning - we're all exposed to heavy metals. Why do some people end up with toxicity and others don't? I found there was a particular personality type more prone to this - people who suppressed their anger."
"There is a sound for that shame of being at your desk because the teacher wouldn't let you go to the bathroom. It blows people away. They're like, 'You're a witch, you're psychic.' I'm like, no, this is pattern recognition. This is a specific sound in a specific area of your field. This is science."

Meredith Oke:

Hi, Eileen McKusick. Welcome to the QVC podcast.

Meredith Oke:

Super excited to have you here. We appreciate

Meredith Oke:

your work so much and also the work that you've

Meredith Oke:

been doing to create, lay the foundation for this

Meredith Oke:

to be a true science, the science of waves and

Meredith Oke:

sound and all of it. Your contribution is really

Meredith Oke:

important. So thank you for that and thank you

Meredith Oke:

for being here.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, you bet. Thanks for having me, Meredith.

Meredith Oke:

So I wanted to start back at the beginning. A lot

Meredith Oke:

of almost everyone that I interview and everyone

Meredith Oke:

who listens to this, it's mostly people who ended

Meredith Oke:

up in a place that they didn't expect. They took

Meredith Oke:

a turn that they didn't plan to take due to

Meredith Oke:

following a fascination or having a health issue

Meredith Oke:

that wasn't resolved via the normal channels. You

Meredith Oke:

are so currently well known for biofuel tuning,

Meredith Oke:

but I was interested to hear your story,

Meredith Oke:

listening to you share that. You didn't start out

Meredith Oke:

there. You were in a completely different

Meredith Oke:

industry and this was a side hobby that grew. So

Meredith Oke:

tell us how that happened.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, definitely ended up where I didn't think I

Eileen McKusick:

would by following a fascination to help my own

Eileen McKusick:

health conditions. So I think I've got that in

Eileen McKusick:

common with everybody else on this kind of path.

Eileen McKusick:

I picked up tuning forks in 1996. I found a set

Eileen McKusick:

in a catalog, and at the time I had owned a very

Eileen McKusick:

busy restaurant that I started when I was 20. And

Eileen McKusick:

100 hour weeks really ruined my back and my

Eileen McKusick:

health. I ended up running away screaming after

Eileen McKusick:

four years and went to massage therapy school and

Eileen McKusick:

started to work to heal my back, heal my physical

Eileen McKusick:

issues, you know, emotional mental issues that I

Eileen McKusick:

didn't even realize that I had. And ended up

Eileen McKusick:

having to go back to the restaurant, but kept

Eileen McKusick:

doing massages part time on the side because I

Eileen McKusick:

discovered that I really had an interest in

Eileen McKusick:

natural health and healing, science and

Eileen McKusick:

spirituality, human potential. And so I always

Eileen McKusick:

had books going on the side, and one book always

Eileen McKusick:

leads to another, as probably most of your

Eileen McKusick:

watchers have that experience. And it led me to

Eileen McKusick:

vibrational medicine all the way back in 1996.

Eileen McKusick:

And this was really just starting to come out.

Eileen McKusick:

And I read everything I could find on the use of

Eileen McKusick:

color and sound and music and healing. And then

Eileen McKusick:

these forks appeared in a catalog. So I just

Eileen McKusick:

started playing with them. And they were very

Eileen McKusick:

intriguing to me from the very beginning. They

Eileen McKusick:

produced situations and outcomes that I

Eileen McKusick:

absolutely didn't expect. But this was in

Eileen McKusick:

Connecticut in the 90s, where people were

Eileen McKusick:

extremely skeptical of this sort of thing. If I

Eileen McKusick:

told anyone I was doing sound healing with tuning

Eileen McKusick:

forks, I Was like, got backhanded. You know, it's

Eileen McKusick:

skepticism. Like what nonsense. I mean, now I

Eileen McKusick:

think there is something about when you hear the

Eileen McKusick:

term tuning forks in energy fields, I think

Eileen McKusick:

people have been really programmed to immediately

Eileen McKusick:

perceive that and dismiss it as pseudoscientific

Eileen McKusick:

nonsense. And anybody who engages in that is

Eileen McKusick:

clearly delusional. And, and has, you know. No,

Eileen McKusick:

they're just deluding themselves. And. But you

Eileen McKusick:

know, the thing is, is that once you get past

Eileen McKusick:

that first thought and you dig a little deeper,

Eileen McKusick:

what you find is that the how and why of why

Eileen McKusick:

tuning forks work actually makes sense. And

Eileen McKusick:

that's what a lot of people say once they read my

Eileen McKusick:

book and they, they start to grasp it. They're

Eileen McKusick:

like, oh, this makes sense, right? It's a physics

Eileen McKusick:

based approach to health, working with the body's

Eileen McKusick:

electrical system instead of a chemical,

Eileen McKusick:

mechanical based approach to health that we've

Eileen McKusick:

all been so conditioned into. So I did it for 10

Eileen McKusick:

years, just as a hobby, just on the side. And

Eileen McKusick:

then in 2006, I made a discovery that I started

Eileen McKusick:

to find things in the atmosphere around the body.

Eileen McKusick:

And over the next four years, from 2006 to 2010,

Eileen McKusick:

I explored what I now know as the biofield. And

Eileen McKusick:

now see, that is a Taurus. But at the time, I had

Eileen McKusick:

no idea. It was sort of this blind exploration

Eileen McKusick:

that sort of fumble in the dark with momentary

Eileen McKusick:

flashes of illumination. And what ended up coming

Eileen McKusick:

together is what I call the biofield anatomy map,

Eileen McKusick:

which is the basis of my work. And it's

Eileen McKusick:

essentially the observation that we have an

Eileen McKusick:

electrical system. Anything that has electric

Eileen McKusick:

current running through it has a magnetic field

Eileen McKusick:

around it. And the human body is no exception.

Eileen McKusick:

And that this magnetic field is what I would call

Eileen McKusick:

our mind, our conscious mind, our subconscious

Eileen McKusick:

mind. It's where our memories are. It's really

Eileen McKusick:

our sense of self, right? Because when you're

Eileen McKusick:

alive and your light is on, that's you, you're

Eileen McKusick:

here. And when you die, your light goes out and

Eileen McKusick:

then you are no longer here. So I would say that

Eileen McKusick:

this electrical system, this light body, is both

Eileen McKusick:

biological and spiritual. So there's really,

Eileen McKusick:

there's no, there's no separation there. Even

Eileen McKusick:

though we've been taught to use language and

Eileen McKusick:

beliefs to create a separation. And so I would

Eileen McKusick:

say that the biofield is a torus. It is a sphere

Eileen McKusick:

with a central channel. We draw up negative

Eileen McKusick:

charge from the surface of the earth, we draw

Eileen McKusick:

down positive charge from the sun and the

Eileen McKusick:

atmosphere, and these circulate around and the

Eileen McKusick:

field extends about 6ft off to our sides, front

Eileen McKusick:

and backs about 12 foot diameter. But it grows

Eileen McKusick:

and shrinks depending on where we are, how we

Eileen McKusick:

feel, that sort of thing. This is just sort of an

Eileen McKusick:

average. And what I discovered is that it holds

Eileen McKusick:

our memories. So even though we're told our

Eileen McKusick:

memories in our brain and our consciousness is

Eileen McKusick:

inside our brain, what I found was that actually

Eileen McKusick:

I could find very specific memories in the field.

Eileen McKusick:

And that's what the map is all about. It shows

Eileen McKusick:

where specific memories are stored in the field.

Eileen McKusick:

And so when I started working in the field, my

Eileen McKusick:

therapeutic outcomes became really dramatic. And

Eileen McKusick:

at the time, I was actually making kettle corn.

Eileen McKusick:

So I'd sold my share in the restaurant. I moved

Eileen McKusick:

to Vermont, and I wanted to get back into a food

Eileen McKusick:

business. And so I go to grocery stores on Sunday

Eileen McKusick:

nights and see what people were buying and what

Eileen McKusick:

they weren't buying. And then I came up with the

Eileen McKusick:

idea for kettle corn. Because back in 2004, you

Eileen McKusick:

could only get kettle corn in fairs and

Eileen McKusick:

festivals. You couldn't get it in stores. And so

Eileen McKusick:

I actually was one of the first people to bring

Eileen McKusick:

kettle corn in stores. And I had. I had it in 50

Eileen McKusick:

stores. It was flying off the shelves. It was a

Eileen McKusick:

proven product. It had great profit margin. Like,

Eileen McKusick:

I was going to grow it, sell it to Frito Lay and

Eileen McKusick:

retire. Like, that was the track that I was on.

Eileen McKusick:

And I got, whoop, diverted kind of unexpectedly

Eileen McKusick:

and kind of reluctantly, quite honestly. Because

Eileen McKusick:

when I started working out in the field, my

Eileen McKusick:

therapeutic outcomes with my clients became

Eileen McKusick:

really dramatic. You know, when we don't feel

Eileen McKusick:

good and we go see a provider, we want to

Eileen McKusick:

experience a state change, right? We want to feel

Eileen McKusick:

different. After we spent money and come out, we

Eileen McKusick:

want to feel different. And that is so much what

Eileen McKusick:

was happening. I was getting people over anxiety,

Eileen McKusick:

depression, pain, all kinds of stuckness in

Eileen McKusick:

pretty short order. And I was like, this is the

Eileen McKusick:

kind of healing people are looking for. And I

Eileen McKusick:

really felt sort of a moral obligation to bring

Eileen McKusick:

it out in the world. But there was this image

Eileen McKusick:

problem. And so I ended up going to college as an

Eileen McKusick:

adult and went full time for 4 years. Got my

Eileen McKusick:

undergraduate degree, got my master's degree, and

Eileen McKusick:

I wrote a master's thesis called Exploring the

Eileen McKusick:

Effects of Audible Sound on the Human Body and

Eileen McKusick:

its Biofield.

Meredith Oke:

Wow. Good for you. So what were the majors to get

Meredith Oke:

you to that?

Eileen McKusick:

Well, my undergrad was in business and wellness.

Eileen McKusick:

And then my. Actually, my graduate program, I

Eileen McKusick:

went to Northern Vermont University, which is

Eileen McKusick:

like five minutes down the road from me in

Eileen McKusick:

Northern Vermont. They only had two master's

Eileen McKusick:

programs, one in education and one in counseling.

Eileen McKusick:

So I got a master's in education. But I was very

Eileen McKusick:

fortunate to have a thesis committee and a group

Eileen McKusick:

of people that were super supportive of what I

Eileen McKusick:

was doing doing. And so I got a degree in

Eileen McKusick:

integrative education. I kind of created my own

Eileen McKusick:

track and was fully supported in doing this

Eileen McKusick:

research and writing this thesis. But my thesis

Eileen McKusick:

advisor, she said to me, Eileen, if you're going

Eileen McKusick:

to write an academic treatise on an esoteric

Eileen McKusick:

topic, it has to be above excellent. And So I had

Eileen McKusick:

five different editors for that, including this

Eileen McKusick:

fellow named Dr. Carl Merritt, who's who wrote

Eileen McKusick:

the Ford Tuning the Human Biofield and was also

Eileen McKusick:

the first person I ever tried to do it at a

Eileen McKusick:

distance with. And, and then that won an academic

Eileen McKusick:

excellence award and it, and then it became the

Eileen McKusick:

basis for Tuning the Human Biofield which has now

Eileen McKusick:

sold over 100,000 copies. So it's, that book has

Eileen McKusick:

sort of become a classic. It's maintained

Eileen McKusick:

bestseller status ever since it came out 10 years

Eileen McKusick:

ago. So. And then I wrote Electric Body, electric

Eileen McKusick:

health in 2021. So along the way I formed a

Eileen McKusick:

school and I now have 10 teachers who help me

Eileen McKusick:

teach biofield tuning. We've trained over 3,500

Eileen McKusick:

people worldwide in, in the method or if

Eileen McKusick:

something in different stages of it. So that's

Eileen McKusick:

very exciting. I formed a non profit institute,

Eileen McKusick:

Biofilm Tuning Institute and we've had a number

Eileen McKusick:

of papers published in peer review. Just did a

Eileen McKusick:

big study last year with 100 participants and

Eileen McKusick:

that is currently the data for that is being

Eileen McKusick:

collated. That was for anxiety and we found that

Eileen McKusick:

biofuel tuning works amazingly for anxiety,

Eileen McKusick:

fears, phobias, that sort of thing. So we're, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, we're doing, we're educating people in how

Eileen McKusick:

to do the method and we're getting the peer

Eileen McKusick:

review research done as well. And I really see

Eileen McKusick:

that it's my job to take what has previously been

Eileen McKusick:

considered to be pseudoscientific or you know,

Eileen McKusick:

woo woo, as I like to say and just ground it. In

Eileen McKusick:

science we already understand, just make it very

Eileen McKusick:

matter of fact, because it is very matter of

Eileen McKusick:

fact. And so that's what I've been working on.

Meredith Oke:

Amazing. There's so much in there. I love that

Meredith Oke:

you are able to take what was available in our

Meredith Oke:

current reality and use those materials to build

Meredith Oke:

a new reality. Basically what you did. Yeah,

Meredith Oke:

because I think sometimes we look around and see

Meredith Oke:

the brick wall, hear the negativity. It's like,

Meredith Oke:

oh well, they're not. No, no one's ready for this

Meredith Oke:

yet. But there's always the, you know, getting

Meredith Oke:

down, breaking things down. There's always the

Meredith Oke:

ingredients to build whatever it is we need to

Meredith Oke:

build, and then that gives a framework for people

Meredith Oke:

to come into and expand it and keep moving it

Meredith Oke:

forward. So you are a great role model in that

Meredith Oke:

way. I love it. Thank you. So you mentioned

Meredith Oke:

having a shift in terms of how you understood the

Meredith Oke:

biofield, which is really when you were like,

Meredith Oke:

okay, I have to give up my entrepreneurial life

Meredith Oke:

and take this more seriously. What could you say

Meredith Oke:

more about what that was?

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, it was a message from God, quite honestly.

Eileen McKusick:

It was a download that came in kind of like

Eileen McKusick:

certified mail, clear as a bell. And it said, you

Eileen McKusick:

need. It started off with, the world needs

Eileen McKusick:

harmony more than it needs another snack food.

Meredith Oke:

Well, that's not ambiguous. That is clear.

Eileen McKusick:

That's very clear. It says, you need to go to

Eileen McKusick:

college, get degrees, learn and teach about

Eileen McKusick:

sound. Become part of the conversation moving the

Eileen McKusick:

science of this forward. Get yourself in

Eileen McKusick:

textbooks and peer review. Cover the globe with

Eileen McKusick:

biofield tuning and awaken an army. All of these

Eileen McKusick:

things. And at first I was like, absolutely not.

Eileen McKusick:

Like, I'm not doing that. I'm not gonna. I'm not

Eileen McKusick:

gonna go out on the world stage with tuning forks

Eileen McKusick:

because I'm just gonna be such a target for

Eileen McKusick:

people's rotten tomatoes, and I don't want to do

Eileen McKusick:

that. Thank you very much. But after, you know,

Eileen McKusick:

just a little while, I realized that. That I was

Eileen McKusick:

well suited to the job because I am so practical

Eileen McKusick:

and log. And the only reason why I advocate for

Eileen McKusick:

any of this is because it's practical, it's

Eileen McKusick:

logical, it's effective, it's efficient. These

Eileen McKusick:

are all things that I really value. And. And so I

Eileen McKusick:

said, okay, challenge accepted. I sold the

Eileen McKusick:

popcorn business, and I went to college, and, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, and I've done all the things that I was

Eileen McKusick:

asked to do. So that's. Yeah, that's where it

Eileen McKusick:

came from. You couldn't really say no.

Meredith Oke:

Yeah. No, you can't. Yes. And I understand. It's

Meredith Oke:

like this vision comes and it's like, sorry, I'm

Meredith Oke:

gonna do what? That's not. No, that's not who I

Meredith Oke:

am. That's not the plan. Everyone's gonna think

Meredith Oke:

I'm weird, but, oh, well, here we are. And here,

Meredith Oke:

you know, and you have truly changed the

Meredith Oke:

landscape. You know, you really have, in a very,

Meredith Oke:

very short amount of time, the combination of the

Meredith Oke:

qualities that you bring to the table.

Eileen McKusick:

Well, I think that part of the reason is. Is

Eileen McKusick:

because everything that I put together, it really

Eileen McKusick:

needs to ring true to me. It needs to resonate.

Eileen McKusick:

Right. And if it doesn't resonate, if it doesn't

Eileen McKusick:

make sense to me, I'm not going to share it with

Eileen McKusick:

anyone. And so that's what. When people hear it

Eileen McKusick:

and they start to understand it, they feel the

Eileen McKusick:

resonance. They say, oh, this feels true. This

Eileen McKusick:

rings true to me. These are things that I already

Eileen McKusick:

knew, but I didn't even know that I knew them

Eileen McKusick:

until I saw it there. And then I'm like, of

Eileen McKusick:

course that's true.

Meredith Oke:

Right, Right. Yes. And that's that. That feeling

Meredith Oke:

of truth in the body, where it's. Because we talk

Meredith Oke:

a lot about sunlight and being outside. You know,

Meredith Oke:

I've had a lot of people on this podcast talking

Meredith Oke:

about how important that is, and people like, oh,

Meredith Oke:

no, no, you can't go in the sun. It's bad. And

Meredith Oke:

you're like, why do you think that? How do you

Meredith Oke:

feel when you're outside? It's like, oh, yeah,

Meredith Oke:

no, that makes sense.

Eileen McKusick:

Right.

Meredith Oke:

And there's not even a scientific explanation

Meredith Oke:

necessary. People just feel the truth of it. So

Meredith Oke:

tell me a little bit more about the anatomy of

Meredith Oke:

the biofield.

Eileen McKusick:

Sure. So what I observed, and this was, as I

Eileen McKusick:

said, over the course of four years of combing my

Eileen McKusick:

forks through the atmosphere around the body and

Eileen McKusick:

making observations because the tuning forks

Eileen McKusick:

interact with the body's electromagnetic field.

Meredith Oke:

And.

Eileen McKusick:

And I would. I would be going along, and I would

Eileen McKusick:

hit an area where I would feel resistance in the

Eileen McKusick:

fork, almost feeling like you're encountering

Eileen McKusick:

mass. And then I would have a note drop into my

Eileen McKusick:

head. Then I talk about having a male slot, mail

Eileen McKusick:

slot on the back of my head, like, kind of right

Eileen McKusick:

there. My friend Tiffany Barsodi, I met her at a

Eileen McKusick:

conference, and she did all this work,

Eileen McKusick:

understanding that we actually have a minor

Eileen McKusick:

chakra there called the Alta major, or the mouth

Eileen McKusick:

of God, which I. When I first learned about that,

Eileen McKusick:

I'm like, that's my mail slot.

Meredith Oke:

You're like, oh, the mail slot you made.

Eileen McKusick:

And. And so the mail slot would open and a little

Eileen McKusick:

note would drop in, and it would say, sadness,

Eileen McKusick:

age 10. And so I'd be like. And I'd ask the

Eileen McKusick:

person, what happened when you were 10? That was

Eileen McKusick:

sad. And they were like, oh, that was when my

Eileen McKusick:

grandmother died. And, you know, we were so

Eileen McKusick:

close, and I was so sad, and we never talked

Eileen McKusick:

about it. There's, like, to always be a sad story

Eileen McKusick:

there. And so after a while of getting all of

Eileen McKusick:

these drops that were then correlated by my

Eileen McKusick:

clients, this pattern started to emerge. And the

Eileen McKusick:

way I've come to understand the pattern now is

Eileen McKusick:

that information encoded in the outer boundary.

Eileen McKusick:

The double layer plasma membrane of our biofield

Eileen McKusick:

contains information that was generated when we

Eileen McKusick:

were in utero. Just inside that is birth. And so

Eileen McKusick:

if I'm moving a tuning fork through someone's

Eileen McKusick:

field, it's like dropping a needle on an album

Eileen McKusick:

and reading the vibrational record of their

Eileen McKusick:

lives. All the memories are encoded in the field.

Eileen McKusick:

So if I'm working on somebody who's 60, I'm going

Eileen McKusick:

to find memories that were generated when they

Eileen McKusick:

were 30, around three feet away from them. And

Eileen McKusick:

then as we get closer to the body, we get closer

Eileen McKusick:

to now. So it's timelined in that as our body is

Eileen McKusick:

feeling and sensing and speaking and hearing all

Eileen McKusick:

the things. Right. That are all electrical

Eileen McKusick:

impulses. So it makes sense that our memory is

Eileen McKusick:

stored in our electrical system so that it has

Eileen McKusick:

this timeline quality. But I also discovered that

Eileen McKusick:

it was sort of striated, that it almost had like

Eileen McKusick:

file drawers. And every time we felt the emotion

Eileen McKusick:

of sadness, that would get recorded off of our

Eileen McKusick:

left shoulder. So I found that people who came in

Eileen McKusick:

who had left shoulder issues very often were

Eileen McKusick:

carrying a lot of heavy sadness with them. They

Eileen McKusick:

had undigested, unexpressed, sad emotions.

Meredith Oke:

Because that particular emotion gets stored up in

Meredith Oke:

a similar space in the biofield.

Eileen McKusick:

Yes.

Meredith Oke:

Which then reverberates into the physical body.

Eileen McKusick:

Yes. It's kind of one of the in.

Meredith Oke:

And out, all the waves.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, yeah. I noticed that every time people came

Eileen McKusick:

in with right hip issues, that they had a busy

Eileen McKusick:

mind and a busy body and were almost always over

Eileen McKusick:

engaged in some kind of guilt driven overdoing or

Eileen McKusick:

overthinking and so on through the whole body.

Eileen McKusick:

That every body part, the people came and said

Eileen McKusick:

this hurts. That there was a common underlying

Eileen McKusick:

mental or emotional imbalance there. And like

Eileen McKusick:

almost without exception. Right. And I can, I can

Eileen McKusick:

very easily, you know, if somebody tells me where

Eileen McKusick:

they have pain, I can very easily diagnose to

Eileen McKusick:

them, like what is going on in their mind and

Eileen McKusick:

their emotions in their life. That's out of

Eileen McKusick:

balance because magnetic fields guide and inform

Eileen McKusick:

electric currents. So wherever you're generating

Eileen McKusick:

a lot of magnetic emotional energy, it's going to

Eileen McKusick:

affect the way that electricity is flowing

Eileen McKusick:

through the body and you end up with excesses in

Eileen McKusick:

some places and deficiencies in other. So what

Eileen McKusick:

we're really doing, we're kind of like

Eileen McKusick:

bioelectricians and we're working through the

Eileen McKusick:

magnetic field in order to get the electricity to

Eileen McKusick:

flow through the body in a Balanced open way. So

Eileen McKusick:

that that's really the essence of it is finding

Eileen McKusick:

traumatic inputs from different parts of your

Eileen McKusick:

life where you developed a pattern of tension

Eileen McKusick:

related to that. And that pattern of tension is

Eileen McKusick:

inhibiting flow and it's stopping your body from

Eileen McKusick:

self repairing. Because the body is designed to

Eileen McKusick:

self repair, we all know that. And what gets in

Eileen McKusick:

the way are these patterns of tension. In fact,

Eileen McKusick:

I've come to the conclusion that anything that

Eileen McKusick:

you can think of, for the most part, that goes

Eileen McKusick:

wrong with you is tension based. And I've been

Eileen McKusick:

waiting for somebody to come up with things that

Eileen McKusick:

aren't right. Even, even something like heavy

Eileen McKusick:

metal poisoning. We're all exposed to heavy

Eileen McKusick:

metal. Why do some people end up with heavy metal

Eileen McKusick:

toxicity and other people don't? And I found that

Eileen McKusick:

there was a particular personality type that was

Eileen McKusick:

more prone to this. And these were the people who

Eileen McKusick:

suppressed their anger. And if you just think and

Eileen McKusick:

feel for a moment like what has to happen in your

Eileen McKusick:

body in order for you to suppress anger, right,

Eileen McKusick:

you're creating tension across every membrane in

Eileen McKusick:

your body. That tension is inhibiting your body

Eileen McKusick:

from moving these heavy metals, from processing

Eileen McKusick:

them, from getting them out. So when we release

Eileen McKusick:

these subconscious patterns of tension, and it

Eileen McKusick:

could be from in utero, a lot of stuff gets

Eileen McKusick:

formed under the age of three. Even particular

Eileen McKusick:

beliefs that we form create particular patterns

Eileen McKusick:

of tension. If you were a baby that was left to

Eileen McKusick:

cry it out and you were bottle fed on a schedule

Eileen McKusick:

and you were neglected, you develop a belief that

Eileen McKusick:

it doesn't matter what you say, nobody's

Eileen McKusick:

listening to what I'm saying. And you go through

Eileen McKusick:

your life and that pattern of tension informs

Eileen McKusick:

your voice, your vagus nerve, so that when you

Eileen McKusick:

speak, people hear that belief and they don't

Eileen McKusick:

listen to you. And it's just a pattern of

Eileen McKusick:

tension. So it's a sort of systematic approach to

Eileen McKusick:

going through the memory bank, finding the places

Eileen McKusick:

where you still have charge around unhealed,

Eileen McKusick:

unexpressed emotions or experiences, unwitnessed,

Eileen McKusick:

shameful things that you know you might have been

Eileen McKusick:

victim of when you were little that put you in

Eileen McKusick:

that state of tension and just gently teasing the

Eileen McKusick:

body to release the energy that it's holding in

Eileen McKusick:

that and that pattern of tension so that, so that

Eileen McKusick:

you can relax and that your breathing opens up.

Eileen McKusick:

Because in the electric health model, most of our

Eileen McKusick:

life force and energy comes from our breath. And

Eileen McKusick:

so if you're not breathing, and most people hold

Eileen McKusick:

their breath regularly, they breathe shallowly,

Eileen McKusick:

they overthink, and then they wonder why they're

Eileen McKusick:

exhausted at 3:00 in the afternoon. And it's

Eileen McKusick:

primarily because you are not getting enough

Eileen McKusick:

breath. So this boosts our vitality by liberating

Eileen McKusick:

our breath to its potential. Right, yeah.

Meredith Oke:

So fascinating. So liberating our breath and all

Meredith Oke:

of that energy that we're using to stay tense,

Meredith Oke:

that also becomes available to us to live our

Meredith Oke:

lives, to flow, to receive, to give.

Eileen McKusick:

Yes, all that and to really reach our potential.

Eileen McKusick:

Right. Because we all know that we have more

Eileen McKusick:

potential than what we're accessing. And your

Eileen McKusick:

electric potential is literally frozen in your

Eileen McKusick:

field and it's not in circulation because. And if

Eileen McKusick:

you've had a lot of trauma, you have a lot of

Eileen McKusick:

stuff frozen in your field. But I've found that

Eileen McKusick:

people who've had a lot of trauma who

Eileen McKusick:

successfully heal, become like superhuman because

Eileen McKusick:

they had to figure out how to make do with less

Eileen McKusick:

of themselves online. And when they start to get

Eileen McKusick:

themselves back online, they've really developed

Eileen McKusick:

a lot of skills.

Meredith Oke:

And I have noticed that. And you also become.

Meredith Oke:

You've also developed the skill of healing stuff

Meredith Oke:

as it happens and noticing and knowing what it

Meredith Oke:

is. Because I think, yeah, I noticed that there's

Meredith Oke:

people. I'm like, oh, if only you were just

Meredith Oke:

slightly more traumatized, you'd be forced to

Meredith Oke:

deal with it. Which sounds terrible, but it's an

Meredith Oke:

interesting topic. And I saw something online

Meredith Oke:

this week that I wanted to respond to, but I

Meredith Oke:

don't have time. And the person, you know, there

Meredith Oke:

was someone who made a post about how trauma is

Meredith Oke:

the cause of so many different things, and then

Meredith Oke:

someone else reposted it, saying, like, why are

Meredith Oke:

we blaming everything in the world on trauma? And

Meredith Oke:

I. I'm curious what you feel like. My thought was

Meredith Oke:

trauma is the source of all of those things, but

Meredith Oke:

are the problem isn't blaming trauma. The problem

Meredith Oke:

is that we somehow feel like that trauma is

Meredith Oke:

permanent or something, when really it's what I

Meredith Oke:

think the next phase is like, okay, people who

Meredith Oke:

have a lot of trauma are very, very limited, and

Meredith Oke:

it's a source of many different issues. But what

Meredith Oke:

if the. What if we had a mindset where it's like,

Meredith Oke:

oh, okay, so go and go and heal it. It's

Meredith Oke:

possible. And it's not actually as hard as you

Meredith Oke:

may have been led to believe.

Eileen McKusick:

It is absolutely possible, and it is absolutely

Eileen McKusick:

not as hard as you've been led believe. I had a

Eileen McKusick:

lot of trauma as a kid and had a really hard life

Eileen McKusick:

for a long time. Many, many difficult things. And

Eileen McKusick:

I backed all of that out of my system. Now I've

Eileen McKusick:

had a lot of tune ups. I've received a lot of

Eileen McKusick:

tune ups. You know, that's a beautiful thing, but

Eileen McKusick:

we are absolutely capable of healing these

Eileen McKusick:

things. And you know what happens, and I think

Eileen McKusick:

kind of where we're at is as we go through this

Eileen McKusick:

process of discovering that the trauma has

Eileen McKusick:

created the. Our stuck emotions are a lot of

Eileen McKusick:

stuckness, really. You know, I think it kind of,

Eileen McKusick:

a lot of it boils down to stuckness in knowing

Eileen McKusick:

that you want to change your life or you want to

Eileen McKusick:

go somewhere, you want to do something different,

Eileen McKusick:

but you're stuck in the wiring of all of your old

Eileen McKusick:

habits and inputs. But you can be rewired and we

Eileen McKusick:

can access that potential. And it's happening,

Eileen McKusick:

it's happening now. I've treated many, many, many

Eileen McKusick:

people and I've trained many people who are

Eileen McKusick:

helping people to overcome this. But you have to

Eileen McKusick:

get out of victim consciousness. You have to stop

Eileen McKusick:

attaching to your pain body and self, identifying

Eileen McKusick:

with your pain body. And you have to stop looking

Eileen McKusick:

for like, the one thing that's gonna flip the

Eileen McKusick:

switch. Because there, there's a kind of like

Eileen McKusick:

desire for people to go from level 0 to level 10

Eileen McKusick:

kind of instantly. And so they're always trying

Eileen McKusick:

to make that big jump into like, you know, the

Eileen McKusick:

quantum leap into their, their perfect state. And

Eileen McKusick:

it doesn't. Maybe that can work very once in a

Eileen McKusick:

great while for very few people. But the fact of

Eileen McKusick:

the matter, what I've observed is we have to, in

Eileen McKusick:

layers, remove the wiring from the pain body and

Eileen McKusick:

wire it back into the light body. And, and, and

Eileen McKusick:

it happens in layers. You can't hold the energy

Eileen McKusick:

of your fully expanded self without the

Eileen McKusick:

scaffolding to hold it right. So we can have like

Eileen McKusick:

an expansive experience, a heart open experience,

Eileen McKusick:

and, and think, wow, I'm really great. I'm gonna

Eileen McKusick:

be this way. And then we go home and we contract.

Eileen McKusick:

And then people will often like, beat themselves

Eileen McKusick:

up for that contraction. But that's really how we

Eileen McKusick:

grow and how we start to wire ourselves to be

Eileen McKusick:

able to hold that expanded flow state by degrees.

Eileen McKusick:

So we'll expand and then we'll contract a little,

Eileen McKusick:

and then we'll expand again and we'll contract a

Eileen McKusick:

little. So it's really important that you don't

Eileen McKusick:

resist the contractions on this journey. There's

Eileen McKusick:

switchbacks, there's.

Meredith Oke:

Yes, loop around like this again.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah. And you gotta be patient with that and not

Eileen McKusick:

beat yourself up. Just understand that that's how

Eileen McKusick:

it rolls and just keep going and keep holding

Eileen McKusick:

that vision of yourself. And if you find

Eileen McKusick:

something that Works like biofield tuning, and we

Eileen McKusick:

definitely know that that does. But there's so

Eileen McKusick:

many other great modalities out there these days

Eileen McKusick:

too. You know, there's a lot of options for

Eileen McKusick:

healing. And recognize that your parents, their

Eileen McKusick:

parents, their parents, nobody in the generations

Eileen McKusick:

before you tried to do this right? You're not

Eileen McKusick:

just healing your own trauma, you're healing

Eileen McKusick:

cultural trauma, multi generational trauma.

Eileen McKusick:

There's a lot to do here, right? There is a great

Eileen McKusick:

big piles of mess. I call us the karmic cleanup

Eileen McKusick:

crew. Like, there are so many people who are

Eileen McKusick:

coming into under the healing path that know that

Eileen McKusick:

they are called to clean up their ancestral

Eileen McKusick:

lineage, that the abuse stops with them, that the

Eileen McKusick:

bad behavior stops with them, and they're going

Eileen McKusick:

to heal and create a new life in a new way for

Eileen McKusick:

those kids. So that is what is going on right

Eileen McKusick:

now. And for those of us who've taken on the task

Eileen McKusick:

of doing this healing, yes, it is a lot. And it's

Eileen McKusick:

okay that it's a lot. And if you keep going, you

Eileen McKusick:

get to experience yourself as more expanded and

Eileen McKusick:

more regulated for longer and longer periods of

Eileen McKusick:

time until you finally get to the place where

Eileen McKusick:

you're regulated and, you know, kind of happy, I

Eileen McKusick:

guess, most of the time because you've. Your

Eileen McKusick:

electrical system isn't, you know, got all these

Eileen McKusick:

things that are firing in it. They're triggering

Eileen McKusick:

you or sending you into dysregulation. Your

Eileen McKusick:

window of tolerance of stressors gets bigger and

Eileen McKusick:

bigger and you're able to, you know, you become

Eileen McKusick:

like a big boat on the ocean and the waves aren't

Eileen McKusick:

such a big deal anymore. And we all have that

Eileen McKusick:

capacity. It just takes time to get there right

Eileen McKusick:

now, in this moment in time. Right. Because going

Eileen McKusick:

forward, it might be a lot easier. But right now,

Eileen McKusick:

what we're all doing, what you're doing, what I'm

Eileen McKusick:

doing, what everybody listening to this podcast

Eileen McKusick:

is doing, is not easy. So just so you know that.

Eileen McKusick:

But it's doable.

Meredith Oke:

Yes, yes. And I find for me, when it gets really

Meredith Oke:

hard, it's almost always because I didn't put

Meredith Oke:

enough support in place. I didn't have a bio, you

Meredith Oke:

know, a biofield tuning. Like, I did it and then

Meredith Oke:

I stopped or I, or I didn't, you know, I'm like

Meredith Oke:

out on my own too much. And I feel like even

Meredith Oke:

these conversations, like our fields are

Meredith Oke:

entangling and we. There's that support is

Meredith Oke:

growing. Even just when I listen to someone

Meredith Oke:

else's podcast and they talk about something, I'm

Meredith Oke:

like, I can feel that Support emanating out into

Meredith Oke:

my field, even though I don't even know those

Meredith Oke:

people.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, yeah. And we're all here in the same boat,

Eileen McKusick:

helping each other. You know, it's an amazing

Eileen McKusick:

thing. I'm very grateful to be part of a number

Eileen McKusick:

of different communities of people who are really

Eileen McKusick:

full on committed towards their health, vitality,

Eileen McKusick:

sanity, and living the right way for themselves

Eileen McKusick:

and others.

Meredith Oke:

Yeah, it's amazing. And it's so to be surrounded

Meredith Oke:

by people who carry that message and then also

Meredith Oke:

have the modalities to support it. But especially

Meredith Oke:

carrying that message, if it still feels

Meredith Oke:

terrible, then there's, then there's just room to

Meredith Oke:

grow. And I'm thinking, my daughter does

Meredith Oke:

gymnastics, right? And it's like she's learning

Meredith Oke:

to do a handstand and it's like at first she

Meredith Oke:

could barely stay up and then she could stay up a

Meredith Oke:

few seconds and then a few seconds longer and of

Meredith Oke:

course she comes down the other side. But it's

Meredith Oke:

like that's just the process of learning. And

Meredith Oke:

that's really what I'm taking away from what

Meredith Oke:

you're saying. And in terms of growing past

Meredith Oke:

trauma.

Eileen McKusick:

Exactly. It is, it's a, it's a muscle like any

Eileen McKusick:

other muscle, you know, and you, you have to work

Eileen McKusick:

it and you can't just do it a poke at it and

Eileen McKusick:

think you're going to get somewhere. In a way, I

Eileen McKusick:

think if you're really serious about healing, it

Eileen McKusick:

has to become a lifestyle. It has to be what your

Eileen McKusick:

life is about. You know, my life is about health.

Eileen McKusick:

My life is set up to keep me healthy. And it

Eileen McKusick:

didn't used to be that way. I used to be very

Eileen McKusick:

much stuck in victim mentality, poverty

Eileen McKusick:

consciousness, addicted to drama, low level pain,

Eileen McKusick:

inflammation. You know, I had all the things I

Eileen McKusick:

don't anymore. And what changed? It was really

Eileen McKusick:

uncovering the electric health model. Discovering

Eileen McKusick:

that our body had an electrical system, realizing

Eileen McKusick:

that it was primary, realizing that if you try to

Eileen McKusick:

come at things at the level of chemical and

Eileen McKusick:

mechanical, it's downstream of what's going on

Eileen McKusick:

electrically. So when I started receiving tuning

Eileen McKusick:

from my first students and then started to

Eileen McKusick:

understand, oh, we have an electrical system and

Eileen McKusick:

that's, you know, that's what gets fed when you

Eileen McKusick:

go out in the sun. Your light body needs light.

Eileen McKusick:

That's pretty simple. Yeah.

Meredith Oke:

I know. I just saw this research coming out

Meredith Oke:

recently. Yeah, it was, you know, like our

Meredith Oke:

capacity to navigate change, life changes, work

Meredith Oke:

changes, is directly correlated to the strength

Meredith Oke:

of our mitochondria, which is like obvious to us.

Meredith Oke:

But, you know, there's a paper on that now. It's

Meredith Oke:

like, okay, all right. So when you are cleaning

Meredith Oke:

out, cleaning up the biofield, so you have your.

Meredith Oke:

The tuning fork, and when you. When you sense a

Meredith Oke:

space that needs to be cleared, is it a. Is it a

Meredith Oke:

sound?

Eileen McKusick:

What's really interesting, it's both a sound and

Eileen McKusick:

a feeling. It's a feeling of resistance that you

Eileen McKusick:

feel like you're hitting something that has mass.

Eileen McKusick:

And this was always really puzzling to me because

Eileen McKusick:

they claim that electromagnetism doesn't have

Eileen McKusick:

mass. But I'm like, there is mass here. Like,

Eileen McKusick:

that's what it would say.

Meredith Oke:

So it's like flowing through and then it's like

Meredith Oke:

hitting something or getting. Or like molasses or.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, and it's always fun to teach people this

Eileen McKusick:

because you think, oh, that's not possible. Or

Eileen McKusick:

that's. No, I don't it. And then you do it and

Eileen McKusick:

you hit a spot and you're like, what? Like, you

Eileen McKusick:

can totally feel it. And I love seeing people's

Eileen McKusick:

reactions when they. When they figure that out.

Eileen McKusick:

So there'll be like a chaos pattern of the

Eileen McKusick:

memory. You know, if it was something like a car

Eileen McKusick:

accident, the. The alarm, the chaos afterwards,

Eileen McKusick:

and. And the resistance that your body went into.

Eileen McKusick:

So I'll hear it. I'll hear the story in it.

Eileen McKusick:

Because the language of vibration is very

Eileen McKusick:

precise. So every motion makes a particular

Eileen McKusick:

sound, every pathology makes a particular sound.

Eileen McKusick:

And over the 29 years that I've been listening to

Eileen McKusick:

forks, I've really become extremely fluent in

Eileen McKusick:

this very pure language that actually animals and

Eileen McKusick:

plants speak the same vibrational language, which

Eileen McKusick:

was very fascinating to figure out. But for a

Eileen McKusick:

long time it was really puzzling to me. I'm like,

Eileen McKusick:

well, what is this sense of mass? Once the chaos

Eileen McKusick:

would resolve, the mass would release, and then

Eileen McKusick:

the tuning fork becomes like a magnet, and we're

Eileen McKusick:

able to actually, like, guide that feeling of

Eileen McKusick:

mass back into the central channel of the body

Eileen McKusick:

where it feels like it goes back into flow. But I

Eileen McKusick:

recently came across an article about how

Eileen McKusick:

scientists had discovered a new quasi particle

Eileen McKusick:

called the semi Dirac fermion that only exhibits

Eileen McKusick:

mass when it's traveling perpendicular to the way

Eileen McKusick:

it's supposed to travel. So as long as it's going

Eileen McKusick:

this way, it's massless, but if it diverges and

Eileen McKusick:

goes to the side, it exhibits mass. And I was

Eileen McKusick:

like, oh, so now.

Meredith Oke:

Okay, now I'm seeing why that particle is so

Meredith Oke:

important to you, because that's explaining why

Meredith Oke:

we think there's no mass. But you were finding

Meredith Oke:

Mass. But it's because physics is weird. Things

Meredith Oke:

do different things depending. Okay.

Eileen McKusick:

So because forever people will say, when you ask

Eileen McKusick:

them how they feel after a session, they always

Eileen McKusick:

say, I feel lighter. Everybody says the same

Eileen McKusick:

thing. My husband said to me one day, he's like,

Eileen McKusick:

can't you find more of a scientific thing to say,

Eileen McKusick:

feel lighter? But now I can say, actually we've

Eileen McKusick:

corrected the flow of their semi direct fermions

Eileen McKusick:

and actually release mass from their field.

Meredith Oke:

I love it.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, So I did. So I did an experiment because I

Eileen McKusick:

wanted to understand this. Now we've already

Eileen McKusick:

heard from people prior to this that they had

Eileen McKusick:

lost weight during a session. One woman messaged

Eileen McKusick:

me one day and said she lost ten pounds in an

Eileen McKusick:

hour session. And I was like, how is that even

Eileen McKusick:

possible? But other people had reported the same

Eileen McKusick:

thing. Not everyone. So I decided to create a 30

Eileen McKusick:

minute recorded biofuel tuning session where I

Eileen McKusick:

just. Over an empty table where I'm going in and

Eileen McKusick:

intentionally looking for. Now, I don't believe

Eileen McKusick:

in particles as a person, but certainly waves all

Eileen McKusick:

the way down, traveling waves, standing waves

Eileen McKusick:

that are not going the way they're supposed to,

Eileen McKusick:

and very intentionally combing them back into

Eileen McKusick:

movement. It's called the mass reduction session.

Eileen McKusick:

And I weighed myself before and after, and I lost

Eileen McKusick:

like a pound and a half in 30 minutes. And so I

Eileen McKusick:

was like, this is really interesting. So I shared

Eileen McKusick:

it in my Facebook group and I shared it on my

Eileen McKusick:

YouTube channel. And I started collecting data

Eileen McKusick:

points and what was in the data was really

Eileen McKusick:

interesting. So out of say 50 data points, maybe

Eileen McKusick:

15 didn't change. The rest all lost weight. And

Eileen McKusick:

the. And that was anywhere between 2 ounces and

Eileen McKusick:

then the highest one was 5.2 pounds in 30 minutes.

Meredith Oke:

From one session.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah.

Meredith Oke:

And these were sessions people did.

Eileen McKusick:

Listening to the recording, Listening to the

Eileen McKusick:

recording. Just listen.

Meredith Oke:

So you don't need anything, Just the recording?

Eileen McKusick:

Just the recording.

Meredith Oke:

Incredible.

Eileen McKusick:

Incredible. But there is like, there's a caveat

Eileen McKusick:

here.

Meredith Oke:

Okay.

Eileen McKusick:

5 people or 10 of my data set gained weight. Oh,

Eileen McKusick:

right. And I was, okay, I'm not gonna have to

Eileen McKusick:

adjust my grow up here gainers in there. And so I

Eileen McKusick:

was trying to figure out why that happened. And I

Eileen McKusick:

was querying some of the people. So one of the

Eileen McKusick:

women who gained weight had had a huge amount of

Eileen McKusick:

pain in her left shoulder and she gained like a

Eileen McKusick:

pound and a half. And she said the rest of her

Eileen McKusick:

body felt better, but her shoulders still hurt.

Eileen McKusick:

And then another woman who gained a pound during

Eileen McKusick:

it said to me that she had had a big emotional

Eileen McKusick:

release the day after in a therapy session. And

Eileen McKusick:

then when she listened to it again, she lost a

Eileen McKusick:

half a pound. So I started to think that if

Eileen McKusick:

there's some big block that is really stubborn

Eileen McKusick:

and it doesn't let go, the stuff that we've

Eileen McKusick:

released kind of bumps up against it and goes

Eileen McKusick:

even more haywire. And so you end up with a

Eileen McKusick:

bigger traffic jam of more mass because this one

Eileen McKusick:

bit isn't moving through. And so, yeah, I'm

Eileen McKusick:

really curious, you know, with repeated listens,

Eileen McKusick:

what happens? So I listened about seven or eight

Eileen McKusick:

times in two weeks and I ended up losing a total

Eileen McKusick:

of seven pounds. And then I listened a few more

Eileen McKusick:

times and I kind of plateaued. So I lost seven

Eileen McKusick:

pounds in two weeks just listening to this

Eileen McKusick:

recording. Now I tend to be an outlier in most

Eileen McKusick:

things, so there's no guess I would agree with

Eileen McKusick:

that going to happen for anyone else, but that

Eileen McKusick:

was my experience and, but to me it's, it's

Eileen McKusick:

really intriguing and it's really worth

Eileen McKusick:

understanding better. I'm like, who can I talk to

Eileen McKusick:

about this? I actually, I did send an email to

Eileen McKusick:

the lead author on the paper about this and I

Eileen McKusick:

said, hey, I discovered in the energy field with

Eileen McKusick:

my team. I tried to, I mean, I tried to be a

Eileen McKusick:

little more scientific than that, but needless to

Eileen McKusick:

say, he did not reply. But I think I'm onto

Eileen McKusick:

something here.

Meredith Oke:

Yes, yes, no. And yeah, it's all coming together

Meredith Oke:

because I was saying that I listened to you

Meredith Oke:

talking about the semi direct fermion on your

Meredith Oke:

YouTube. I was like, okay, but now that I hear

Meredith Oke:

you explaining the biofield, we conceive of it as

Meredith Oke:

not having a mass, but you are absolutely finding

Meredith Oke:

vibrationally there to be parts of it that have

Meredith Oke:

the mass. But it's because the wave. How would

Meredith Oke:

you explain that Is like, like the wave gets

Meredith Oke:

knocked off track by a trauma or.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, I would say I would.

Meredith Oke:

Locked up.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, I would say we're designed. Frozen, right?

Meredith Oke:

Yeah.

Eileen McKusick:

And it just ends up getting frozen because of, of

Eileen McKusick:

the tension that's there. The tension in the

Eileen McKusick:

body, the tension from the memory, the chaos

Eileen McKusick:

pattern of the, the information field that is

Eileen McKusick:

holding that energy. Right. Because we're a

Eileen McKusick:

combination of energy and information and the

Eileen McKusick:

information is patterned and the energies flow

Eileen McKusick:

through that pattern. And so if you've got a

Eileen McKusick:

pattern of tension, that car accident that you

Eileen McKusick:

had that time you found out your partner was

Eileen McKusick:

cheating, that time you moved when you were 14,

Eileen McKusick:

you lost your whole posse and the kids at the new

Eileen McKusick:

school hated you. Do you mean these are all like

Eileen McKusick:

and so that is stopping that energy from moving

Eileen McKusick:

and it ends up going sideways. And what I

Eileen McKusick:

actually observed was that if it sort of went

Eileen McKusick:

sideways up, it had this feeling of hysteria or

Eileen McKusick:

of losing focus or, you know, get all like, ah.

Eileen McKusick:

So there was one way made you that way and then

Eileen McKusick:

the other way was more depressive. It was sort of

Eileen McKusick:

like shooting yourself in the foot, you know,

Eileen McKusick:

being down. So those were the sort of the two

Eileen McKusick:

directions of dysfunctionality that I found in

Eileen McKusick:

this. You know, you think about, they've gone the

Eileen McKusick:

wrong direction.

Meredith Oke:

Yeah.

Eileen McKusick:

And. And they had qualities that I can associate

Eileen McKusick:

that I've seen with people in. In different moods

Eileen McKusick:

of dysfunction.

Meredith Oke:

Right. So fascinating.

Eileen McKusick:

So fascinating.

Meredith Oke:

And it's so funny like that that example you

Meredith Oke:

chose to use. So I have, I have my daughter's

Meredith Oke:

permission to discuss this. I've. I've shared it

Meredith Oke:

before, but she had, she had some birth trauma.

Meredith Oke:

She was getting ready to go off to college. So I

Meredith Oke:

had her do some sessions of like, primitive

Meredith Oke:

reflex integration. And she had also had a lot

Meredith Oke:

of. Always carried extra weight that seemed

Meredith Oke:

totally unrelated to diet, physical activity,

Meredith Oke:

anything. It just would. That was just how she

Meredith Oke:

was. And she did this, the primitive reflex

Meredith Oke:

integration, which as I'm hearing you talk, I'm

Meredith Oke:

like, oh, I bet it's working on a similar way.

Meredith Oke:

And we did it for anxiety and she lost all this

Meredith Oke:

weight after.

Eileen McKusick:

Wow.

Meredith Oke:

And we, like, that was not the intention. And

Meredith Oke:

it's funny because one of one of her traumas was

Meredith Oke:

we moved in eighth grade and she lost all her

Meredith Oke:

friends and no one at the new school liked her.

Eileen McKusick:

It's so exciting. It was the worst age to move.

Meredith Oke:

It was the worst. We felt so bad. We, you know,

Meredith Oke:

it was for my husband's job, so that was that.

Meredith Oke:

But it, yeah, but again to what you're saying, we

Meredith Oke:

can, we can rebound, we can unfreeze these

Meredith Oke:

things. We don't have to stay stuck in this. In

Meredith Oke:

whatever cycle got activated by these experiences.

Eileen McKusick:

Yep. We can absolutely free them. As simple as

Eileen McKusick:

running a pinion fork.

Meredith Oke:

Through your field, through your field.

Eileen McKusick:

It's not that hard. And anybody can learn how to

Eileen McKusick:

do it. And in my first book, Tuning the Human

Eileen McKusick:

Biofield, there's a chapter on how, you know,

Eileen McKusick:

this is the basic steps of moving the fork

Eileen McKusick:

through the field. And if you want to do it, you

Eileen McKusick:

can't really do it with a cheap fork from Amazon.

Eileen McKusick:

You know, I was just going to.

Meredith Oke:

Say, do you have a special one on your website or

Meredith Oke:

something?

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, the 174. So if anybody is intrigued by this

Eileen McKusick:

and wants to learn the language of vibration. My

Eileen McKusick:

174Hz fork is absolutely designed for this. And

Eileen McKusick:

my forks are different. They're made out of a

Eileen McKusick:

custom alloy that you can't get anywhere else

Eileen McKusick:

that has really strong mid tones, it has a long

Eileen McKusick:

duration ring time, it's got a lot of overtones

Eileen McKusick:

and undertones and in this particular frequency.

Eileen McKusick:

And remember, I've been doing this for a long

Eileen McKusick:

time. I've had a lot of prototypes made. I've

Eileen McKusick:

worked with a lot of different frequencies, many

Eileen McKusick:

tens of thousands of hours. So this is. Of all

Eileen McKusick:

the ones I've tried, this one is really the best

Eileen McKusick:

for this field. Combing, learning to hear, feel,

Eileen McKusick:

understand. I, when I first started doing it, I

Eileen McKusick:

really heard the differences. But when I started

Eileen McKusick:

teaching, I discovered that most people come to

Eileen McKusick:

this practice more kinesthetically oriented and

Eileen McKusick:

they don't always hear the changes first, but you

Eileen McKusick:

can feel it in your fingertips. You can feel when

Eileen McKusick:

you, if you just go slow, you have to go slow.

Eileen McKusick:

You go slow, you feel the change, you feel the

Eileen McKusick:

vibration change. When my kids were little, they

Eileen McKusick:

were like maybe 6 and 9. And this was before I

Eileen McKusick:

started teaching my first students. I used to

Eileen McKusick:

have really bad chronic mid back pain. And so I

Eileen McKusick:

tried and my husband is a carpenter, he wanted

Eileen McKusick:

nothing to do with my tuning forks. I'm like,

Eileen McKusick:

okay, it's on.

Meredith Oke:

You have a good time, honey. I started going to

Meredith Oke:

build something.

Eileen McKusick:

Exactly. I started teaching them how to do it and

Eileen McKusick:

they were like, mom, it's so subtle. And I was

Eileen McKusick:

like, learn to understand subtleties and women

Eileen McKusick:

will love you. So I got them trained early in

Eileen McKusick:

that their girlfriend thanked me. But I asked my

Eileen McKusick:

son and he, when he was six and he came up with

Eileen McKusick:

two really brilliant things. I was like, how can

Eileen McKusick:

you tell when you found something in the field?

Eileen McKusick:

He said, because the fork gets more vibrating.

Eileen McKusick:

Okay, that's it. Fork gets more vibrating. Six

Eileen McKusick:

year old can do it.

Meredith Oke:

Okay, perfect.

Eileen McKusick:

And then I asked him, okay, and what exactly are

Eileen McKusick:

we doing when we're doing this work? And he said,

Eileen McKusick:

it's taking energy from where it doesn't belong

Eileen McKusick:

and putting it where it does belong so it can get

Eileen McKusick:

to work doing what it's supposed to do. What

Eileen McKusick:

isn't that brilliant? As best explanation. Best

Eileen McKusick:

explanation, perfect. Yeah.

Meredith Oke:

So he, yeah, and he was just describing his

Meredith Oke:

experience of it, what he was seeing, what he.

Meredith Oke:

And that's it?

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah. So anybody can learn, right?

Meredith Oke:

So we order the fork, we order the book and we

Meredith Oke:

can just do it.

Eileen McKusick:

You can start and then if you find it really

Eileen McKusick:

intriguing. Then I would definitely recommend

Eileen McKusick:

coming and taking a training with us.

Meredith Oke:

Do you do those in person?

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, we do them in person in Vermont, San Diego

Eileen McKusick:

and Oregon and we do them online as well. So you

Eileen McKusick:

can do it virtually, you can do it in person. Uh,

Eileen McKusick:

it's a couple levels of training with some

Eileen McKusick:

homework in between. But people are always, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, who become tuners. It, it's life changing.

Eileen McKusick:

You know, it's that lifestyle of healing that you

Eileen McKusick:

want because you're always bathed in coherent

Eileen McKusick:

sound. Your job is to listen. So it trains your

Eileen McKusick:

brain to go from the beta state that most people

Eileen McKusick:

is always in into a quiet alpha state of

Eileen McKusick:

listening. So it trains your mind and your own

Eileen McKusick:

system to be quiet, to be regulated. And you

Eileen McKusick:

learn so much in every session about what it

Eileen McKusick:

means to be human. Plus in most cases, not,

Eileen McKusick:

certainly not all. It is absolutely not a fix

Eileen McKusick:

everything kind of thing, but it helpful for so

Eileen McKusick:

many. You get the satisfaction of knowing that

Eileen McKusick:

you helped get someone out of pain, improve

Eileen McKusick:

someone's quality of life, get them self

Eileen McKusick:

empowered enough to choose to leave a bad

Eileen McKusick:

situation. You know, you get to really, truly

Eileen McKusick:

help people and really see the very tangible

Eileen McKusick:

results of that. Which I think is, you know,

Eileen McKusick:

we're wired as humans I think for that to make us

Eileen McKusick:

feel good. So it's really gratifying and really

Eileen McKusick:

satisfying. And it's endlessly fascinating

Eileen McKusick:

because you're always learning the language of

Eileen McKusick:

vibration. Like one day you'll, you'll be working

Eileen McKusick:

on someone and you're all of a sudden the fork

Eileen McKusick:

will go into that what we call alarm. And then

Eileen McKusick:

you can consult your map and you can be like

Eileen McKusick:

okay, according to the biofield anatomy map, this

Eileen McKusick:

happened when you're around 23 and maybe relate

Eileen McKusick:

your father and then the person be like that's

Eileen McKusick:

when my father and I got into a car accident,

Eileen McKusick:

right? And you're like oh, that sound, that's

Eileen McKusick:

alarm, right? And like and now I know that that

Eileen McKusick:

sound means that or you'll hear that a fear in

Eileen McKusick:

something and you'll correlate it and you're like

Eileen McKusick:

wow, now I know what that sound means, right. And

Eileen McKusick:

so it's this very pure language that can't lie

Eileen McKusick:

and that you just can't help but learn because

Eileen McKusick:

you already intuitively instinctively know it

Eileen McKusick:

because your own body operates in that language.

Eileen McKusick:

So it's just endlessly fascinating as well. And

Eileen McKusick:

you know, for those of us to get bored easily and

Eileen McKusick:

I'm sure you're one of those people too. Meredith.

Meredith Oke:

Guilty.

Eileen McKusick:

You won't get bored infinite it's infinite. Yeah.

Meredith Oke:

I love it. Well, I really. Yeah, I might. I might

Meredith Oke:

come to Vermont. We have a place in New

Meredith Oke:

Hampshire, so I'm there a lot. I'm gonna look up

Meredith Oke:

the dates. This sounds really fun. So I wanted to

Meredith Oke:

ask you because you. I heard you tell this

Meredith Oke:

incredible story, so you. You reading the

Meredith Oke:

biofields in, you know, in person, people would

Meredith Oke:

come to you, you would go to them, you would be

Meredith Oke:

in the same room with. With the person. And then,

Meredith Oke:

thanks to the lockdown lords, we were in person.

Meredith Oke:

Appointments were not possible for a while, so

Meredith Oke:

you started to do sessions remotely. And then

Meredith Oke:

that was a whole other.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, no, it was actually in 2012.

Meredith Oke:

Okay.

Eileen McKusick:

It was way before COVID It was 2012. So I. My. My

Eileen McKusick:

friend Dr. Carl Merritt, who's an MD in

Eileen McKusick:

California, had helped me with my master's

Eileen McKusick:

thesis. He went through it page by page with me

Eileen McKusick:

to make sure that everything was correct. So it

Eileen McKusick:

was above excellent. And. And then he said,

Eileen McKusick:

eileen, how'd you like to try doing this at a

Eileen McKusick:

distance? And people had asked me for years if I

Eileen McKusick:

could do it at a distance. And my. My response

Eileen McKusick:

was arrogant and skeptical. I was like, of course

Eileen McKusick:

not. Like, how dumb? Like, don't even ask me to

Eileen McKusick:

do that. You know, it just didn't seem possible

Eileen McKusick:

or plausible. It sounded ridiculous.

Meredith Oke:

Well, and I understand because you're. You're.

Meredith Oke:

You're in someone's biofield. So if the person's

Meredith Oke:

not there, how can you be in their biofield? Oh,

Meredith Oke:

well, then I guess physics.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah. So then. But I am a scientist, right? And I

Eileen McKusick:

love experiments. I mean, I've spent my life

Eileen McKusick:

following my curiosity and experimenting, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, find out the natural world. I think I fall

Eileen McKusick:

in the category of what's called the national

Eileen McKusick:

natural scientist. Natural philosopher. So Carl

Eileen McKusick:

lay down on his treatment table in his office in

Eileen McKusick:

California. We were not on the phone or on Zoom

Eileen McKusick:

or anything. I pretended that he was on my

Eileen McKusick:

treatment table in Vermont. And I approached the

Eileen McKusick:

table.

Meredith Oke:

You weren't connected in any way?

Eileen McKusick:

Did in any way? Nope. And I approached the table

Eileen McKusick:

like as if he was there. And much to my

Eileen McKusick:

amazement, the same pattern of information that

Eileen McKusick:

shows up around a person showed up around the

Eileen McKusick:

table. It totally blew my mind. And so I went

Eileen McKusick:

through. And at this point, I had really

Eileen McKusick:

understood the field, understood what was going

Eileen McKusick:

on. They went through this whole field, and I

Eileen McKusick:

took notes about all the things that I

Eileen McKusick:

encountered and things like, this is your mom's

Eileen McKusick:

personality, and you had a head injury when you

Eileen McKusick:

were five and you have inflammation in this Joint

Eileen McKusick:

and this organ isn't firing quite right. And, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, the age of this was really difficult. And,

Eileen McKusick:

like, all kinds of just the things that I

Eileen McKusick:

observed that the field tells me. And then we got

Eileen McKusick:

on the phone and I read my notes and he said,

Eileen McKusick:

eileen, all of those things are exactly correct.

Eileen McKusick:

And I felt a state change. I feel lighter. And I

Eileen McKusick:

tested my resting blood sugar before or after,

Eileen McKusick:

and there was a beneficial shift. And I was like,

Eileen McKusick:

oh, my God, like, get out of town. Like, now I

Eileen McKusick:

gotta eat pro. Because I've been, like, so

Eileen McKusick:

arrogant about how it's not possible. And now it

Eileen McKusick:

is possible, but, like, how is it possible?

Eileen McKusick:

Right? So then the next person that I did it on

Eileen McKusick:

was my friend Brendan Murphy, who was living in

Eileen McKusick:

Australia at the time. I'm like, okay, it works

Eileen McKusick:

from Vermont to California. We'll work all the

Eileen McKusick:

way to Australia. Same thing. No open line of

Eileen McKusick:

communication. Nailed him. Just completely nailed

Eileen McKusick:

him. And he also felt it. So then I started doing

Eileen McKusick:

distance sessions with no open line of

Eileen McKusick:

communication. And what that forced me to do was

Eileen McKusick:

to drill down even deeper in my understanding of

Eileen McKusick:

the language of vibration. Because I didn't have

Eileen McKusick:

somebody to be like, okay, I'm around 13 and it

Eileen McKusick:

feels kind of like this. You know what happened

Eileen McKusick:

then? I had to be like, okay, that. That is a

Eileen McKusick:

breakup. That is a first love breakup. I know.

Eileen McKusick:

That is the sound. There is a sound. Okay, this

Eileen McKusick:

is blown people away in the handful of times that

Eileen McKusick:

I found it. Very specific spot in the field,

Eileen McKusick:

right side of the sacral center. Relates to

Eileen McKusick:

shame. Out towards the edge of the Biofield. Age

Eileen McKusick:

6 or 7. Did you ask to go to the bathroom in

Eileen McKusick:

first grade and the teacher wouldn't let you go

Eileen McKusick:

and you peed at your desk. And they're me, like,

Eileen McKusick:

how do you know that there's a sound for that?

Eileen McKusick:

Like, that shame of just that kind of feeling of

Eileen McKusick:

like being at your desk because the teacher

Eileen McKusick:

wouldn't let you go. Like, and it blows people

Eileen McKusick:

away. They're like, you know, you're a witch,

Eileen McKusick:

you're psychic. I'm like, no, this is pattern

Eileen McKusick:

recognition. This is a specific sound in a

Eileen McKusick:

specific area of your field. This is science.

Eileen McKusick:

This is not me making this up. This is a pattern

Eileen McKusick:

that is the same in everybody who's had this

Eileen McKusick:

experience. Yeah. So then I started to work on

Eileen McKusick:

zoom after that, and then now that's the way that

Eileen McKusick:

I do it. But our two big studies on anxiety are

Eileen McKusick:

all over zoom. And so people are like, well, how

Eileen McKusick:

does this work? And so there's lots of different

Eileen McKusick:

ways you can expect. Explain it. But lately I've

Eileen McKusick:

been like, have you ever caught in the vibe of a

Eileen McKusick:

loved one? And then all like, a moment later you

Eileen McKusick:

get their text, like, how do you explain that?

Eileen McKusick:

Are you demanding the science be behind catching

Eileen McKusick:

someone's vibe or you just know that it happens?

Eileen McKusick:

Right, yeah. So we, we are connected non locally

Eileen McKusick:

through the ether. We are antennas. We are

Eileen McKusick:

broadcasting on specific frequency bands, and we

Eileen McKusick:

pick up the frequency transmissions through the

Eileen McKusick:

ether of each other. You know, we. We are all

Eileen McKusick:

like Google Docs on the World Wide Web, and I can

Eileen McKusick:

go in and pluck out your document. You know, we

Eileen McKusick:

can edit your document together in real time

Eileen McKusick:

through the ether. And, and it is real. It

Eileen McKusick:

happens. And I've trained, like I said, thousands

Eileen McKusick:

of people have done this. This, this hypothesis

Eileen McKusick:

has been tested countless times, always with the

Eileen McKusick:

same outcome. I can tune into your energy, I can

Eileen McKusick:

read your energy, I can shift your energy and you

Eileen McKusick:

can feel it. Therefore, there is a law of nature

Eileen McKusick:

that supports it. You cannot dismiss something

Eileen McKusick:

like this out of hand as pseudoscience. When it

Eileen McKusick:

is science, it is happening. It is repeatable.

Eileen McKusick:

There has to be a net.

Meredith Oke:

It's all of the things required.

Eileen McKusick:

All the things required are there.

Meredith Oke:

Yeah. And as we were saying earlier, it's like

Meredith Oke:

you can't dismiss things that are happening. I

Meredith Oke:

was delighted to see, like, the Telepathy tapes

Meredith Oke:

were the number one podcast in all of the United

Meredith Oke:

States, which is like tens of millions of

Meredith Oke:

downloads.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, right. It is, absolutely. That podcast

Eileen McKusick:

series has taken the paradigm wall and made it

Eileen McKusick:

much thinner. You know, for those of us who've

Eileen McKusick:

been working to like, break down this paradigm of

Eileen McKusick:

materialism and get over the mind, the father

Eileen McKusick:

culture mind, that says these things are nonsense

Eileen McKusick:

and don't exist and you're all delusional and

Eileen McKusick:

people are like, they, you know, now all of a

Eileen McKusick:

sudden it's like, people are like, oh, like even

Eileen McKusick:

I have. I love my sister, but. But she's, you

Eileen McKusick:

know, kind of what some people in my group would

Eileen McKusick:

call a normie. And. And you, you know,

Eileen McKusick:

appreciates me, but, you know, has never been

Eileen McKusick:

very interested in anything. And she recently

Eileen McKusick:

read an article about a study in the University

Eileen McKusick:

of Virginia where they had basically proven

Eileen McKusick:

reincarnation through these kids accounts of

Eileen McKusick:

their past lives. And because in her mind, the

Eileen McKusick:

University of Virginia is a legit thing, and

Eileen McKusick:

whatever reported on it was legit, all of a

Eileen McKusick:

sudden her mind is open, and she actually asked

Eileen McKusick:

me to explain ether and distance healing to her.

Eileen McKusick:

Like, after all these years of me doing this, her

Eileen McKusick:

Mind was cracked open enough. She's like, no, I

Eileen McKusick:

really want to understand. I was like, wow, I

Eileen McKusick:

wasn't expecting this.

Meredith Oke:

Really? You do? Yeah. Those are the shifts.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah, it's happening.

Meredith Oke:

Those are the little shifts. Oh, that's amazing.

Meredith Oke:

Yeah. Because. Yeah. Listening. I haven't

Meredith Oke:

listened all of it, but even just the first

Meredith Oke:

episode of that. Of that telepathy. And my big

Meredith Oke:

takeaway was that it was like the union of the

Meredith Oke:

doctor and the scientist with the creative

Meredith Oke:

podcast producer who was like, let's tell this

Meredith Oke:

story. And it took the two of them coming

Meredith Oke:

together to break that wall. And I think, you

Meredith Oke:

know, we've always, like, deferred. Maybe I'll

Meredith Oke:

speak for myself. I always want to defer to the

Meredith Oke:

science. Defer to the science and I'll. I'll

Meredith Oke:

interview you or. But, you know, the rest of us

Meredith Oke:

are just like, oh, on the sidelines of the

Meredith Oke:

science. But you merged those two things

Meredith Oke:

together. And what I really felt was the message

Meredith Oke:

for me listening to that was that those of us who

Meredith Oke:

can tell the story have a place, because the

Meredith Oke:

science is all there. Like, it really is. It's

Meredith Oke:

all there.

Eileen McKusick:

There's. There's.

Meredith Oke:

We can like. It's there. It's just like in a

Meredith Oke:

warehouse under lock and key, and no one's going

Meredith Oke:

in to look at it.

Eileen McKusick:

Well, but plenty are, you know, and that's the

Eileen McKusick:

thing. I'm giving a keynote at the 66th Annual

Eileen McKusick:

Dowsers Convention coming up in May. And I'm

Eileen McKusick:

going to be talking about how people who have

Eileen McKusick:

been interested in these more esoteric things are

Eileen McKusick:

very often objects of ridicule by family members,

Eileen McKusick:

even by spouses, and how the time has come for

Eileen McKusick:

you to stand in your authority and speak

Eileen McKusick:

confidently about these things and not apologize

Eileen McKusick:

and not shrink and not feel bad about yourself,

Eileen McKusick:

because you are actually in the know. What you

Eileen McKusick:

know is backed up by science. And these people

Eileen McKusick:

who are arrogantly expressing skepticism were

Eileen McKusick:

like me with the distance sessions. Right. I was

Eileen McKusick:

like that. And. And very often you need some kind

Eileen McKusick:

of experience to change your mind. But I really

Eileen McKusick:

want to encourage those of us who have been kind

Eileen McKusick:

of shrinking around this topic to become more

Eileen McKusick:

confident, to find the studies, to share them, to

Eileen McKusick:

speak with confidence. Because you're not wrong.

Eileen McKusick:

They are actually wrong. Yes, they are ignorant

Eileen McKusick:

and you're not. And so that's something that I've

Eileen McKusick:

really had to learn to do over the years, is a

Eileen McKusick:

kind of verbal jujitsu with people who are

Eileen McKusick:

skeptics. And I've gotten so good at it that I

Eileen McKusick:

can Take any skeptic and within five minutes or

Eileen McKusick:

less change their mind simply by speaking with

Eileen McKusick:

confidence, citing scientific things, things that

Eileen McKusick:

make sense. If I can learn to do this, anyone can

Eileen McKusick:

learn to do this. And I really want to encourage

Eileen McKusick:

people to engage their inner warrior as we are

Eileen McKusick:

working to break down this last bit of this

Eileen McKusick:

paradigm because we need all of you, you know, on

Eileen McKusick:

this mechanistic worldview that really keeps us

Eileen McKusick:

all small, separate, diminishes us. We're heading

Eileen McKusick:

to a very different world in this age of

Eileen McKusick:

Aquarius, and it's going to take all of us to get

Eileen McKusick:

there.

Meredith Oke:

Yes, all of that. Yes, I'm absolutely. And there

Meredith Oke:

are so many brilliant people who feel. Who are a

Meredith Oke:

little bit hiding and it's like, own it, own it,

Meredith Oke:

own it. It's not. We're not the crazy ones. It's

Meredith Oke:

like, I'm sorry, have you not updated your

Meredith Oke:

paradigm lately? Like, what do you. Oh, you're

Meredith Oke:

still, you still think that? Like, yeah, we are.

Meredith Oke:

We're, you know, it's the beginning of the

Meredith Oke:

beginning. But we are on the path and those

Meredith Oke:

trying to block it, they just have, you know,

Meredith Oke:

there's nothing left to stand on.

Eileen McKusick:

There's nothing left to stand on. Truly, there is

Eileen McKusick:

nothing left to stand on. And that's what we

Eileen McKusick:

really have to own, you know, for those of us the

Eileen McKusick:

bringers of the new paradigm, is to own that.

Meredith Oke:

Love it. So I wanted to make sure people know how

Meredith Oke:

to find you. So your website and then also I will

Meredith Oke:

put in the link to the healing session that you

Meredith Oke:

have generously made public at the moment. And if

Meredith Oke:

people wanted to do the track their weight before

Meredith Oke:

and after and send you, are you interested in

Meredith Oke:

getting.

Eileen McKusick:

More results or collecting data points? What I'm

Eileen McKusick:

really interested in now because at first I was

Eileen McKusick:

like, okay, we'll do it once and see what

Eileen McKusick:

happens. But then when I did it repeatedly and

Eileen McKusick:

explain, experienced sort of steady and now I

Eileen McKusick:

sort of plateaued. And I didn't really wasn't

Eileen McKusick:

trying to lose weight. Like, this is just an

Eileen McKusick:

experiment that led to that. So I plateaued. But

Eileen McKusick:

I'm curious for people to do it, listen every day

Eileen McKusick:

for like a week and track that. Because I'm

Eileen McKusick:

curious if it in if there are other people who

Eileen McKusick:

are going to have the same experience that I did

Eileen McKusick:

and keep on going. So I'm also curious about the

Eileen McKusick:

people who, if anybody gains weight, what their

Eileen McKusick:

perspective is on their own emotional blockages

Eileen McKusick:

and how that might be getting in the way. But

Eileen McKusick:

either way, it's a great session. It's very

Eileen McKusick:

expanding. It just makes you feel lighter. It

Eileen McKusick:

gives you more energy. And, you know, the there

Eileen McKusick:

is a maybe share the YouTube video that kind of

Eileen McKusick:

gives it context, because.

Meredith Oke:

Under the video.

Eileen McKusick:

Yeah. And so that's a place you could go to.

Eileen McKusick:

Report data is just in the comments on the

Eileen McKusick:

YouTube channel.

Meredith Oke:

Oh, perfect. Okay, so we'll I'll put the exact

Meredith Oke:

link in the show notes, but if you're driving and

Meredith Oke:

just making a mental note, just look up Eileen

Meredith Oke:

McKusick on YouTube. And it's one of the more

Meredith Oke:

recent videos where she explains the semi direct

Meredith Oke:

fermion mass changing non particle wave. Eileen,

Meredith Oke:

thank you so very much for coming on. It's

Meredith Oke:

absolutely delightful to speak with you. And my

Meredith Oke:

world has been expanded. I appreciate it.

Eileen McKusick:

Yay. My pleasure, Meredith. Thanks for having me.
